2. By applying, the applicant agrees that their personal data may be used for event-related communication, publicity, and promotion of present and future editions of the Challenge, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
3. Applicants selected for subsequent rounds are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs. Failure to attend may lead to disqualification from that stage.
4. The organisers will not change any money for the participation in the challenge However certificates are optional and subject to a processing fee (INR 299 for participation, INR 499 for regional winners). A free digital acknowledgment of participation will be provided.
5. Finalists attending the recorded shoot must produce valid travel insurance covering illness and injury, at their own expense.
6. The selection process, evaluation criteria, and results are at the sole prerogative of the organisers. The decisions shall be final and binding.
7. The organisers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any stage of the competition in case of force majeure or circumstances beyond their control.
8. All the applicants have to submit a NOC from their parents/guardians
9. Only bonafide Indian citizens can participate in this challenge
10. All the ideas submitted by the participants have to be original and organisers will not be responsible any dispute arising before or post the event on ideas coped by anyone or copied ideas submitted
