Intellectual Property:

• Innovators retain ownership of their ideas.
• By applying, participants grant Innophant a limited right to showcase entries for judging, promotion, and educational purposes (with attribution).

Selection & Judging:

• Selection is competitive and not guaranteed.
• Judges’ decisions are final and binding.

Code of Conduct:

• Participants and parents must maintain respect and fairness.

Governing Law:

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
